HZNU-CIPSH CCO Hold a Preparatory Meeting for the International Children's Seminar
On the afternoon of January 18, 2021, the preparatory meeting for the International Children's Congress, chaired by Xu Jianmei, Vice President of our hospital, and attended by all members of the CIPSH Chair Joint Office, was successfully held. The 2021 International Symposium on Children's Studies to be held in April this year (hereinafter referred to as the April Conference) is jointly sponsored by the Chair Office of the International Council of Philosophy and Humanities, Tencent Social Research Center and the School of Education of Hangzhou Normal University. This preparatory meeting discussed in detail the venue planning of the April conference, the invitation and liaison of experts at home and abroad, the collection and publication of conference papers, the preparation of funds, and the division of tasks.
Due to the epidemic situation, the April conference will be held online instead. Therefore, the technical planning of the April conference is the focus of this conference. Under the auspices of Dean Xu, all the teachers brainstormed together. Adhering to the belief of reaching the international leading level as far as possible within the scope of funds, after discussion and decision by the General Assembly, the virtual maps of VR campus and office are placed on CIPSH website, and the virtual imaging of the joint office of CIPSH faculty in our college is realized as far as possible when the professors give online lectures. For the VR campus on the web page, first, based on the existing VR campus of the school, contact the Party to see if it can be changed into English version, and at the same time, ask the technical consultant of our college, Mr. Hong Hetiao, to try to use Google Maps to design the part of the joint office of CIPSH chairs. Secondly, as far as possible, the effect of the speaker entering the virtual office is achieved.
In addition, President Xu made clear guidance and arrangement on the division of tasks and important time points of winter vacation preparation. Looking forward to the success of the April conference!
