于伟，现任东北师范大学附属小学校长，教育学部教授。教育部“长江学者”特聘教授。兼任国家教材委员会专家委员会委员，教育部高等学校教育学类专业教学指导委员会副主任委员，教育部高等学校小学教师培养教学指导委员会副主任委员，中国教育学会教育学分会副理事长、教育哲学学术委员会副主任委员、教育基本理论学术委员会委员。

主要从事教育哲学、儿童哲学、教师教育、基础教育等方面研究。出版《现代性与教育》《教育哲学》《率性教育的理论与实践探索》等著作，主编率性教育研究丛书。在基础教育领域倡导实施遵循儿童身心发展规律的“率性教育”，倡导保护儿童的天性、尊重儿童的个性、培养儿童的社会性。成果《基于“率性教育”理念的小学教育教学改革研究与实践》荣获基础教育国家级教学成果奖二等奖（2018）。

Yu Wei (1963-) is President of the Primary School attached to Northeast Normal University and professor of the Department of Education in Northeast Normal University. He was appointed as "Cheungkong Scholar" distinguished Professor by the Ministry of Education. He takes national textbook committee expert committee, the Ministry of Education of institutions of higher learning education class teaching steering committee, deputy director of the committee, the Ministry of Education of institutions of higher learning elementary school teacher training teaching steering committee, deputy director of the committee, branch, deputy director of the Chinese society of education pedagogy, philosophy of education, deputy director of the academic committee members, the basic theory of education of the academic committee.

He is mainly engaged in Educational Philosophy, Philosophy for Children, Teacher Education, Basic Education and other researches. He has published books such as Modernity and Education, Educational Philosophy, Theory and Practice Exploration of Free-spirited Education, and edited the Free-spirited Education research series. In the field of Basic Education, he advocated the implementation of "Free-spirited Education" that follows the laws of children's physical and mental development, advocated the protection of children's nature, respect for children's personality, and the cultivation of children's sociality. Research and Practice of Primary School Education and Teaching Reform Based on the concept of "Free-spirited Education" won the second prize of national Teaching Achievement Award for basic Education (2018).
