基本信息
韩柽炀（Han, Chengyang），男，杭州萧山人，心理学博士，副教授，心理学系心理部副主任。博士毕业于英国格拉斯哥大学（University of Glasgow，综合世界排名前一百）。博士毕业后受聘于浙江大学教育学院从事博士后研究工作，之后以副研究员身份入职深圳大学继续从事研究工作。2020年11月入职杭州师范大学经亨颐教育学院心理系，以杭州师范大学卓越人才待遇引进。已在国际著名期刊发表学术论文20余篇，Google scholar（总引用量=452，截止2022/11）：https://scholar.google.com/citations?hl=en&user=B4ZGrONKx04C。个人英文页面（https://chengyanghan.github.io/）

研究领域为进化心理学、社会心理学。目前研究的主题有：人类择偶行为、荷尔蒙与行为、对面孔/嗓音/体型等线索的社会性评价、脸盲症等。
人类择偶行为
窈窕淑女，君子好逑。在择偶时，人们往往倾向于选择英俊或漂亮的异性。从进化心理学角度来讲，人类产生这样的择偶审美偏好，是因为自然选择的优胜劣汰和长期的性别内竞争相互作用，建立了外部特征（如面部、体型、嗓音等）与个体生存优势（如，生殖健康、强大的免疫系统、对当下环境适应的其它表现）之间的联系。相应的在自然选择的过程中，人类也产生了对优势异性个体的偏好，即两性审美。这能使人们快速辨认并找到有生存优势的伴侣，将有利性状遗传给后代，使其基因库得以延续。我的许多研究就是基于该理论框架下展开，具体可以可以阅读我发表的文献。
荷尔蒙与行为
你知道吗，其实你的很多行为受你体内激素的影响。比如已有较多研究发现人的冲动性和攻击性受到睾酮水平的影响。另外，最近我和我的合（xiao）作（huo）者（ban）们发现，睾酮能影响男性对女性外貌的偏好以及对其它男性嗓音特征的敏感性，论文发表在国际知名期刊在Psychoneuroendocrinology（心理神经内分泌学）、Hormones and Behavior（荷尔蒙与行为）。
