熊志刚，中国人民大学书报资料中心幼儿教育导读杂志社社长兼主编，副编审；儿童美育教学研究中心副主任，中国学前教育研究会理事；兼任中国发明协会学前创新教育分会副会长。现致力于学前美育教学研究和学前儿童创造力的培养工作，主要研究方向为幼儿园美育课程、教师教育。
